  4. An itty bitty bytes™ production, for the benefit of anyone who can
  5. use it.

  7. This is basically just "Bullseye" with some things dumped and two
  8. routines added, and a resource file to back the additions. 
  9.  
  10. If you want the text drawn over black, like in the movies, then
  11. some other "girations" are necessary. This just shows the
  12. scrolling, with style.
